 -What type of Airbrushing is needed, simple or intricate
-How many shirts you will need painted
-The length of the event
-If we will be providing the T-Shirt's for the event

Use the #'s on the example board for your order form

Choose 1 NAME DESIGN style
and 1 PAINTING DESIGN for your T-shirt

Choose your colors:

Green
Purple
Pink
Blue
Red
Orange
Yellow


Shirt provided by student must be white or lighter colored.
We can also paint on Tank Tops, Hats & Shoes*.
